This tool provides a means of assessing the competitiveness of your brand or company offering through the eyes of a Buyer in your account.
The Excel-based tool can also be used to assess the perception of your company vs. other suppliers, your brand vs. other brands/private labels in the category or SKUs within a brand through the eyes of a customer.
The Buying Mix Analysis measures the buyer’s perception of the important aspects of the offering. Conducting the analysis helps you step out of your company's shoes and view its products from the point of view of a purchaser rather than a seller. Full instructions are included.
